  • Meet professional and legal obligations (including PACFA obligations and mandatory reporting requirements)

  • Legal obligations — where required by law, including mandatory reporting obligations under relevant Australian legislation

  • Service providers — third-party tools used to operate this website and practice (e.g. Cal.com for scheduling, email services). These providers have their own privacy policies and are used in accordance with APP 8.

Personal information is stored securely. We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Session notes and sensitive health information are stored in a secure, password-protected system.

If a data breach occurs that is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

Scope of practice

Aline Christ is a degree-qualified integrative psychotherapist (Bachelor of Psychological Science and Counselling) and holds a Certificate in Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy. She is affiliated with PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia) and is a member of the MMA (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies — Australia).

Aline Christ is not a registered psychologist and is not registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She does not hold medical qualifications and does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical or psychiatric conditions.

Psychotherapy and counselling services provided are within the scope of practice of a qualified integrative psychotherapist under PACFA's Code of Ethics.

Psychedelic Assisted Therapy — scope and limitations

Aline Christ holds a Certificate in Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy and provides preparation, integration, and therapeutic support services for clients engaging with psychedelic-assisted therapy.

Aline Christ is not an authorised prescriber under the TGA framework. She does not source, supply, prescribe, or administer any scheduled substance. All medicine is the client's own responsibility. Services are provided within the legal framework applicable to trained psychotherapy practitioners in Australia.

Information on this website about psychedelic-assisted therapy reflects current legal and clinical understanding as of the effective date above. The regulatory environment in Australia is evolving, and this information may change. Clients are encouraged to seek independent legal and medical advice regarding their specific circumstances.

Engaging with PAT services does not constitute medical treatment. If you have a diagnosed psychiatric condition, are taking psychiatric medication, or have been referred by a psychiatrist for TGA-approved treatment, please inform Aline Christ prior to beginning any work together.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your engagement with professional services provided by Aline Christ (ABN 58 391 275 429), operating from Burleigh Waters, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.

By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services offered

  • Discovery call — Free · 15 minutes · online
  • Initial psychotherapy session — A$180 · 50 minutes · online or in-person
  • Ongoing psychotherapy sessions — pricing discussed directly with Aline
  • Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (PAT) support — preparation, integration, and therapeutic support services (pricing on enquiry)
  • Microdosing Mentorship Programme — 8-week online programme (pricing on enquiry)

Service descriptions on this website are for informational purposes. The scope of any engagement is agreed individually between Aline Christ and the client prior to commencing work.

2. Booking and payment

  • Appointments are booked via Cal.com. A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.
  • Payment is by bank transfer. Bank details are provided following a confirmed booking.
  • Full payment is required prior to, or at the time of, each session unless otherwise agreed.
  • Aline Christ reserves the right to decline or end a professional engagement at any time where it is not clinically appropriate, where professional boundaries cannot be maintained, or where the safety of either party is at risk.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

  • Online sessions: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without charge.
  • In-person sessions: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without charge.
  • Cancellations made with less notice than the above may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session fee, at Aline's discretion.
  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in prepayment being required for future bookings.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared in the context of a professional relationship is held in strict confidence, in accordance with PACFA's Code of Ethics and applicable law.

Confidentiality has limits. Information may be disclosed without your consent in the following circumstances:

  • Where required by law (including mandatory reporting obligations)
  • Where there is an immediate and serious risk to the safety of you or another person
  • Where required under professional supervision obligations (information is de-identified wherever possible)

These limits will be discussed with you as part of the intake process.

5. Professional relationship and boundaries

The professional relationship between Aline Christ and a client is governed by PACFA's Code of Ethics. This includes clear professional boundaries, a commitment to the client's wellbeing, and obligations regarding dual relationships, confidentiality, and safe practice.

This is a professional services relationship. It does not constitute a medical, psychiatric, or emergency support service.

6. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and relevant information about your circumstances, history, and current situation
  • Notify Aline Christ of any changes in your circumstances that may affect the work (including medication changes, new diagnoses, or significant life events)
  • Engage respectfully and honestly within the professional relationship
  • Take responsibility for payment of fees as agreed
  • For PAT services: take full responsibility for any substance involved — Aline Christ does not provide, source, or recommend substances

7. PAT-specific terms

  • A preparation phase (minimum two sessions) is required before any guided session work
  • You confirm that any substance involved is your own responsibility and is not obtained through or recommended by Aline Christ
  • You confirm that you have disclosed any known psychiatric diagnoses, medications, or contraindications to the work
  • Aline Christ reserves the right to pause or decline to continue PAT services if clinical assessment indicates this is in your best interest

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including copy, design, and materials — is the intellectual property of Aline Christ and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Aline Christ's liability for any loss or damage arising from professional services is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by negligence.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available on this website.
