The path here
"This work came into focus the day I watched someone's world open up after finally being given the space to learn in their own way."

Early in my career as a teacher, I worked with a student repeating the same grade for the third time and already falling behind again midway through the semester. Neurodivergence was rarely spoken about at the time, but it was clear this child experienced and processed the world differently, and those differences were not being understood.

Instead of pushing harder with the same approach, I gave them space to learn at their own pace and in their own way. Then one day, something shifted: symbols became letters, letters became sounds, and sounds became words. Objects, emotions, people, ideas — suddenly all of it could be named, connected to, understood.

That moment shaped the way I came to understand people more broadly — how differently we experience the world, and how much can change when someone is finally met in a way that makes sense to them. Over time, that understanding led me towards psychology and psychotherapy.

Today, I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, life transitions, and the particular exhaustion of functioning well on the surface while feeling quietly stuck underneath.

My approach is integrative — drawing from evidence-based modalities, trauma-informed frameworks, breathwork, and contemplative practices — grounded in science and shaped by everything I have learned both inside and outside the clinical room.

How I work

Beyond diagnosis.
Beyond patterns.
There is still you.

On change

In my experience, people begin to shift when the discomfort of staying the same becomes greater than the fear of change itself. The work we do together is about helping you understand your own patterns clearly enough that when change is possible, you can move towards it with intention.

On insight

Insight alone rarely creates lasting transformation. Understanding why you are the way you are matters — but it is only the beginning. What follows is the harder and more important work: building the emotional safety to grieve old patterns that once protected you, and making space for parts of yourself that have not yet had permission to exist.

On presence

I listen with curiosity rather than judgement, and approach each person through the lens of understanding rather than labelling. There is no script in this room, no right way to show up, no performance expected. Sessions are shaped entirely around where you are — at whatever pace your nervous system needs.

Your first session

There's no pressure to have it figured out before you arrive.

Most people come to a first session carrying a mixture of hope and uncertainty — and that's exactly right. You don't need to know what you want to say. You don't need to have a clear problem statement. You just need to show up.

depth goes only as far as your nervous system is ready
"The work I do is quiet. Precise. Deeply personal. I am not a guide who will tell you what your healing looks like. I'm someone who will sit with you in it — until you can see it for yourself."
