Get in touch

The first step is
usually the hardest one.

Whether you're ready to book or just need to ask a question first — this is a safe place to start.

I'd love to
hear from you.

If you'd like to start with a conversation before committing to a session, a free 15-minute discovery call is available. It's an opportunity to ask questions, share what's bringing you here, and get a sense of whether working together feels right — with no pressure either way.

For existing clients, please reach out via email.

Common questions

A few things people
often want to know.

  • No referral is needed. You can book directly through this website or by getting in touch via email.
  • Psychotherapists and psychologists are both trained mental health professionals, though they differ in their training pathways and scope. Aline is a degree-qualified integrative psychotherapist, formally trained in psychological science and counselling — she works with a wide range of life experiences and is not a registered psychologist. If you're unsure whether psychotherapy is the right fit, the discovery call is a good place to start.
  • For many people, yes. Telehealth allows for the same quality of care in a setting that can feel more accessible and comfortable. Aline offers both, and the choice is entirely yours.
  • The first session is an opportunity to begin — not to solve everything at once. Aline will take time to understand where you are and what's bringing you here. There's no pressure to have a clear narrative or a defined goal. You just need to show up.
  • The free 15-minute discovery call exists exactly for this. If after that conversation it doesn't feel right, I'll say so honestly — and, where possible, point you towards someone who might be a better match.
